SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR CUSTOMER THEN SETUP THEN SETUP CUSTOMER REFERRALS

Customer Referrals is the way you can track your source of new customers.  Referrals are just different ways to categorize the ways you get contacts. Use the setup screen to setup all the different types of referrals. 

An example of Customer referral is Newspaper Ads, New Request, Repeat Request, or Walk-In.

n        Use the New Referral button to add a Referral and the Edit and Delete buttons to edit and delete Referral. 

n        Retail Advantage POS Software and Point of Sale Software will warn you if you are deleting a Referral that is used in a Customer record.  If you edit a Referral type, all Customers with that Referral will also be edited to the new Referral.

Make sure you select the SAVE button or select the UNDO button to reverse changes.

It is not necessary to set up these Customer referral options to use the basic functions of Retail Advantage POS Software and Point of Sale Software
