A Customer preference is the way you can
track the needs of your customers. Preferences
are ways the Customer wants services rendered. Use the setup screen to setup all the types
of preference.
An
example of Customer preference categories is Color, Perm, Shampoo, Style information, or favorite products or brands.

Use the new Preference
Category button found in Retail Advantage
POS Software and
Point of Sale
Software to add a preference and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete
preference category. The Category list is
located on the left-hand side of the screen. (for
example, a Preference might be: Shampoo and the categories could include Joico, TIGI,
Biolage, Nexxus)

Select a preference
category then use the new preference button to add a preference and the edit and delete
buttons to edit and delete preference. The
detail preference list is located on the left right side of the screen.
Make sure you
select the Save Changes button to save your
changes or select the Undo Changes button to
reverse changes.
