There is a Repair and Compact Utilities in Retail Back
office.

Under
the Retail Advantage Program group, you should find the Repair and Compact Retail
Advantage Utility. This option will let you
repair the program files for Retail Advantage. Make
sure you do not have Retail Advantage in use on the particular computer you are using when
selecting this option. (Go to your START
button, select PROGRAMS, then find Retail Advantage, you will see the Repair Advantage
features)
Only perform this utility if you are getting
unusual error messages for functions that worked earlier with no problems or instructed by
a technical support person from AKNAF Software.
