Notice how all the client information is stored accessed with the smart tab design in the following screen shot.  You can search and clients from a list or find client information using either phone number, client id, first name, last name or combinations of first name and last name.  When search by name you do not have to enter the whole name to find the client you can enter partial first and partial last name and the program will give you a list of matching names.

You can find out how many gift certificates a client has as well as the amount remaining on each gift certificate.

Color and perm preferences are very important to your clients and your stylists.  ADVANTAGE Salon Software and Spa Software allows you to keep a record of each of your clients’ color or perm preferences. When you print out work tickets for the technicians, their client’s color and perm preferences will show on the work ticket.

Built in mailing label reports will help in your marketing to existing clients. You can even market to your clients based upon Preference settings you have set up in your system. That means you can send a flyer to all your clients that prefer a certain brand.
