2.7 SCHEDULER SETUP
SELECT FROM THE MENU
BAR SETUP THEN SCHEDULER OPTIONS THEN SET UP APPOINTMENT BOOK

Enter the opening and closing times that your Salon will
take appointments for each day.
Make sure you select the SAVE button or select the UNDO button
to reverse changes.

BAR SET UP THEN SCHEDULER OPTIONS THEN SETUP LEGEND

This allows you to setup the Legend colors, in
ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software,
the names for
the scheduler legend and match your Legend to service colors. If your
salon/spa has a great deal of services, it is helpful to group
services together into categories because the Legend allows for 16
colored categories.
Make sure you select the SAVE button or select the UNDO button
to reverse changes.
ALSO, YOU CAN SET UP THE SALON’S RESOURCES (EX: MASSAGE TANNING
BED OR FACIAL ROOM) AND THE DIFFERENT CONTACT METHODS USED TO
CONFIRM YOUR CLIENTS’ APPOINTMENTS.
TO
SETUP RESOURCES, SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR, SETUP, THEN SCHEDULER
OPTIONS, THEN SETUP RESOURCES. SELECT NEW, NAME YOUR RESOURCE, THEN
SELECT OK.
