3.4 CLIENT PREFERENCES

CLIENT THEN SETUP THEN SETUP CLIENT PREFERENCES
Client Preferences is
not a necessary function for clients, it is a feature that we have put
in ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software as an additional way to track client information. Do
not feel it is an important step in setting up your ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software or adding
clients.
A client preference is
the way you can track the needs of your customers. Preferences are ways
the client wants services rendered. Use the setup screen to setup all
the types of preference.
An example of client
preference categories is Color, Perm, Shampoo, Style information,
or favorite products or brands.

Use the new Preference Category button to add a preference
and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete preference category.
The Category list is located on the left-hand side of the screen. (for
example, a Preference might be: Shampoo and the categories could include
Joico, TIGI, Biolage, Nexxus)

Select a preference category then use the new preference
button to add a preference and the edit and delete buttons to edit and
delete preference. The detail preference list is located on the left
right side of the screen.
Make
sure you select the Save Changes button to save your changes or
select the Undo Changes button to reverse changes.
