5.2 SETUP PERMISSIONS FOR USER GROUPS
This section describes how
you can define what screens user groups can access in the ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software
system.
SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR
MAINTENANCE THEN ASSIGN SECURITY PERMISSIONS
This screen is where you define what the user groups have access to, you
will notice categories of the forms the system has at the right of this
screen.

Select the category in which the form you want to edit
permissions by right of this screen. The forms in that category will
appear. Select the screen you want to edit by double click it or by
highlighting it and then selecting the Edit Permissions button.

Make your changes by selecting yes or no and then ok to
finish.

Make sure to SAVE your changes to update the system
or use the undo button if you are unsure of your changes or you do not
want to save your changes.
