7.3 SETUP CONTACT
METHODS
SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR, APPOINTMENT BOOK THEN SETUP THEN
SETUP CONTACT METHODS.
Contact methods can be setup up if you or your receptionist need to keep
track of how your clients are contacted to confirm appointments. An
example of a Contact Method is Phone Call, or Email.

Click on the New button and type in the type of
Contact Method. Then click OK.

Continue to do the above until you have entered all of the
Contact Methods.
n
You may return to this screen at any time to Add,
Edit or Delete Contact Methods.
n
When you are finished, select the EXIT button and
you will return to the main screen of
ADVANTAGE
Salon Software and
Spa Software.
