You schedule a
package of services easily with the appointment book.
Just select the package button on either the scheduler day or week view by
selecting the package button found in the upper right corner of the screen. When you select that button you are prompted to
find the client then select the package of services to schedule for, the appointment date range defaults to today’s date but you can enter any date range. REMEMBER YOU CAN RIGHT-CLICK A DATE FIELD FOR A
CALENDAR.
To find a client just enter either client
ID, First Name or Last Name or a combination of the three, then press Enter or click the Find Now button.
This will initiate a find function and if there is an exact or unique match, a
record will appear in the client screen. If
there is no exact or unique match,
ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software will generate a select list of possible
matches or an empty select screen if there are no matches. You do not have to enter a full name for the search,
you can put partial names in the system and the search will find all matches to the
partial listing.
