CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS
To print out a list
of appointments that need to be confirmed, select Appointment
Book from the menu bar then Confirm
Appointments. You will get a list of
appointments based on the date you specify (however, it defaults to today). To change the date, place the cursor over the
current Appointment Date and Right-click. A calendar will pop up in the middle of the screen
that will allow you to select the date of your choice.
After you select the appropriate date, click the Reset Call List button located to the left of the
date. The screen will display all
appointments that have not been confirmed for that day.
You have the option of confirming appointments with or without a print out.
SCHEDULE PRINT
ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software
allows you to print a
daily (or even weekly) schedule for each of your employees.
Select Appointment Book from the menu
bar then Schedule Print. You may select one, several or all employees then
specify the date range for the appointments you want to print and select the Preview
Report button. Each employee has his or her
own page of appointments.
WORK TICKETS
Work tickets are a
little different from the regular schedule report. The
Work Ticket gives a full page of information
for each client including the service to be done for the specific day as well as dates
with previous services and prices and products purchased. You may select one, several or
all employees then specify the date and select the Preview Report button to print. To
change the date, place the cursor over the current Appointment
Date and Right-click. A calendar will pop
up in the middle of the screen that will allow you to select the date of your choice.
*Note: in the
Scheduler, you can print work tickets if you right click on an appointment then select
Print. You will be able to select from two
options: Receipt Paper Work Ticket which you can
print to your receipt printer; or Full Page Work
Ticket, which gives the full page of information about the client and the particular
appointments services as well as a list of previous services and products that were
purchased
